To the east of the Castle you will find a large and dense forest. Woe betide those who disturb it's many inhabitants if they enter unprepared! Of course, the forest if forbidden to students so that means don't go in... or don't get caught.
To the west of the castle lies Loch Long. It's perfect for a nice refreshing swim in the summer or ice skating in the winter but don't forget to watch out for the squid!
The exciting sport of Quidditch is played here so be sure to buy a broom. Join a house team to join in on the fun or if the pitch isn't booked come have a playful game. Who's keeping score?
