Chapter 1: The Fire-Making Charm

The Fire-Making Charm is a basic spell that sets the object the wand is painted at alight.

Incantation: Incendio (in-SEN-dee-oh)
Type of Spell: Charm
Wand Movement: Quickly Point and say the Incantation

Chapter 2: The Levitation (Hover) Charm

The Levitation or Hover Charm allows the user to levitate and move an object around.

Incantation: Wingardium Leviosa (win-GAR-dee-um lev-ee-OH-sa)
Type of Spell: Charm
Wand Movement: A Swish then a sharp flick at the end

Chapter 3: The Locking Spell

The Locking Spell locks a door and makes it so it cannot be opened manually, only the counter-curse can open it.

Incantation: Colloportus (cul-loh-POR-tus)
Type of Spell: Charm
Wand Movement: Tap the lock 3 times then aim your wand at the door and say the incantation

Chapter 4: The Mending Charm

The Mending Charm repairs any object that has been shattered or broken.

Incantation: Reparo (reh-PAH-roh)
Type of Spell: Charm
Wand Movement: Tap the object once with the tip of your wand

Chapter 5: The Severing Spell

The Severing Spell can be used to cut or sever nearly anything from ropes to frozen ponds.

Incantation: Diffindo (dih-FIN-doh)
Type of Spell: Charm
Wand Movement: Make a cutting action

Chapter 6: The Softening Charm

The Softening Charm can be used to soften areas such as mats to bounce on or to soften the floor if your falling from a high place.

Incantation: Spongify (SPUHN-jee-fye)
Type of Spell: Charm
Wand Movement: Make a tornado sort of shape

Chapter 7: The Unlocking Spell

The Unlocking Spell is the counter-curse to the locking spell mentioned in Chapter 3, it also unlocks most if not all locked doors.

Incantation: Alohomora (al-LOH-ha-MOR-ah)
Type of Spell: Charm
Wand Movement: Lightly tap the lock
